We hire people who are passionate about providing high quality customer service and this can be through the apprenticeship or experienced hire route .

We have teams of  professionals across the UK, Ireland and Luxembourg offices across all three of our business areas:

 



We provide contact solutions to our clients customers via our voice centre, letter, email and web chat. Our staff adopt a VALUED (Visable, Approachable, Love, Unique, Everyday, Determined) culture where we treat each other with respect, raise concerns honestly and bring passion to our work.

We also provide relationship points of contact for our clients through our teams of Client Relationship Managers. They handle day to day queries from our clients as well as partnering at a strategic level to ensure that the client is getting the best possible service from IFDS.

Our teams of relationship staff are based in Basildon , Stirling , Dublin Centre and Outskirts and Luxembourg and across all of the business areas Asset Management, Life & Pensions and Wealth Management.
