We provide back office administration for our clients so this is a very large part of our business! See our business areas.


We have roles that focus on keying data into the various systems and databases that we run for our clients to help them track the sale of their products and to make sure that the information that they have on their customers is accurate to allow them to be serviced correctly.

Although this may not sound very exciting, the variety of types of products and clients means that there is quite a variety in task as you learn and develop with in your role. Accuracy and attention to detail are very important to ensure that the information recorded is 100% accurate.

There is progression with in our operations areas to become technical experts where you will use the knowledge gained through the data keying and structured training as a referral point to assist other staff and our clients. Some of the most important transactions that we administer on our clients behalf (often tens of millions of pounds / euros) are managed and overseen by our technical experts.

We also have roles that provide administrative support to teams and our executives (executive assistants) as well as a whole range of other interesting roles that have administration as a major part across the whole group and in every country.
